Angry Found source of sewer problem

Hi, over the last several weeks I have been researching why my 2017 Fuzion 422 (we bought it used this spring) had a bad sewer smell in the kitchen. We flushed, cleaned, put chemicals in, almost everything you can think of. We checked the vent for blockage on the roof. Explored getting a cyclone vent but held off. We crawled underneath checking all the connections. While doing another flush, filling the tank all the way, we noticed water leaking at the bottom of our stairs near the fuse panel. While we were investigating this, we have found that the vent pipe that runs up behind the large kitchen drawer had been cut right though. This had to happen at the factory. This is probably why the first owners traded this stinky beauty in. I’m sharing with you all to help you in case you are out of options. The dealer (150 miles away) is not thrilled about having to fix it. We are on a permanent site and pulling it out isn’t a viable option. Please enjoy the pictures below and imagine how it could have happened during the building the camper.

"It's not our fault!" Sound familiar? Now you can sleep a little sounder knowing that your problem is behind you (and no, that is NOT a play on words...)

I had a similar issues on my trailer.

I was testing everything, for our maiden voyage and noticed water leaking out from the curbside floor.

After digging into it I found the the fool that roto-zipped the hole in the outside wall for the electrical outlet had cut a nice U shaped hole in the kitchen sink drain line.

Water pouring out, while I was filling and draining the kitchen sinks, went into the furnace and ruined the control board.

I called my dealer and he overnight-ed me a new control board, paid for the parts to repair the pipe and sent me a check for the labor that Keystone would have paid for the work.

I always say that no 2 trailers, of the same model, are built the same.
