2011 Laredo 291TG outdoor kitchen door

I recently purchased a 2011 Laredo 291TG and when we took it on our first trip with it, the outdoor kitchen door is giving me trouble. It looks like the piano hinge along the top is tearing on both sides and the rivets that hold the door to the frame have broken or torn through the door panel and makes it difficult to close the door properly. I'm attaching some pictures, and I thought that I could simply get the door off and fix it, but it looks like the entire door and frame that is screwed into the trailer have to come off. Is this a known issue? I did some searching, but all I found was issues with the strut brackets getting pulled out.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Thanks.
