Inside Steps to Bedroom

I know that I've seen a lot of threads on the upgrades of steps in to the bedroom. Some as far as a complete replacement. Not ready to quite tackle that project yet. Trying to found any of you who might know the actual spacing of wall studs on a 327 RES. Not sure I want to start drilling holes in the walls. Was just thinking of purchasing the suction cup type hand rail to place on the wall. Both the wife and I are not getting any younger and lets face it Keystone should have added and extra step up into the bedroom. If anyone has any ideas or know the stud placement I sure would appreciate it. thanks

Re: Inside Steps to Bedroom

On a cool morning condensation will form on the outside wall where the studs are. It's not a foolproof method but it worked for me when I installed a range hood vent on by Passport last year.

Re: Inside Steps to Bedroom

As a thought. Some come with the rail. Look at its location(inside) and judge distance from top of stairs/door. Another is find a replacement handle and measure the length.
