You can tune a Ford 6.0, but you can't tuna fish - mileage increase/danger worth it?

I don't know Fords very well and my intention was not to "bash" them. I thought it was a straight forward question with no malice intended. Sorry if you took it wrong.

Well I don't know a whole lot about Cummins other than I wish Ford would have offered their engine, but because I don't have any knowledge of a Cummins other than in the mid 80's when working in a diesel shop rebuilding injection pumps and injectors we rarely working rebuilding the Cummins stuff, but the International stuff was the bread and butter of the shop.

Ya it's stinks that the 6.0L needs some upgrades because of the poor head bolt design but there are a lot of people that have a zero problems with them also. But I would never go into a topic and trash a product unless I had first hand knowledge of the product and it's problems.
