Have friends going to Fort Ebey on/near Widbey Island. They took a drive last fall to check out the grounds there and really liked what they saw.

Down around La Conner (Deception pass State Park) is nice. Thousand Trails in La Conner is Awesome, right on the Ocean and great sites.

Ditto for La Conner, Mt Vernon / Anacortes area. Easy access to highway and various recreation opportunities abound.

Farther east near Republic just 20 miles south of the border is a wonderful quiet very clean private campground called Winchester RV park. It's $30 a nite for full hookups plus wifi free. You won't be disaaponted. Only 3 miles to a lake too.

Great thank you this is a good start, all look very nice trying for somewhere on the coast first, liking the look of that fort area.

Thanks
