Does your 5er have a hidey hole?
Over on the MOC (Montana Owners Club) forum there has been an active thread on secret hidey holes Keystone installs (but doesn't advertise) in Montana's. I have located the one in our 2011 3400RL, it is a small hinged panel that contains 3 key hooks and is large enough to store a Nook, several IPODs, figure 2"D X 10"W X 10"H. Have you found yours? I'll bet most if not all Keystone units have them. Happy hunting!

I've been pretty much all over mine chasing down noisy water lines and putting foam tubing on on all. Haven't found that one remaining pesky noisy line, nor have I found any intentionally designed hidey-hole. But since I still have a noisy water line, guess I'm not done yet.

Kainz, I finally found the last noisey line in my 310 Laredo to be the water pump suction line going under the flood. I slid the foam down several feet beyone sight and that finally did it...FYI.

Thanks, that's the first line I tubed after re-mounting the pump on a foam pad. I've covered everything I can see and slid many inches to feet of tubing thru floor and wall openings ... still have a pipe hammering somewhere - time to start pulling panels, I guess.

I found one thing on the end of the dresser that swings out, looks like where you could put ties. I want to know where your hidey places are....spill it

As you can imagine, I don't want the location of my hidey hole to become public knowledge, nor would you want yours to become public. My suggestion for looking...start in the bedroom, look at the interior walls of each cabinet/closet/dresser. If you find one that you think would be a good place to put a hidey hole...reach around to be rear of that panel and see if you can feel hinges, if so pull on the front edge. Keystone hides them in plain sight. I don't know if non-Montana brands have them...but I suspect they do. Again, good hunting.

No place to hide in my Cougar ... so I put in a small electronic safe in one of the overheads.

I just spent an hour looking. If any one knows if there is one in the cougar 322qbs let me know. You don't have to tell me exactly where. But front middle back would be helpful. Don't worry I don't know any of you even if I see you.
