Changed the capital grill out for a 17 inch blackstone griddle

Love our Blackstones. Have one at home and one in the camper.

In a post the other day I said I hardly ever cook inside...the reason a blackstone tailgater is set up next to the outdoor kitchen...

It has actually replaced the weber 3 burner grill for most of our tailgating at football games too.

Nice modification. You might consider some 'backsplash' solution to put behind the griddle for that sizzling bacon! Over time I imagine it will end up in the compartment.

Thanks, I think I will be happier with it instead of the capital grill

Blackstone is great. Only regret I have is I didn’t go with the 22 inch vice 17. The 22 would of fit in without any mods.

I would have had to modify too much for the 22 to have worked. I think this will be a big improvement over the capital grill though.
