Take a seat.......

I would think the weight plus drag would put this guy over payload. Another one of the " bright one's " we share society with.

Sad part of the story has yet to unfold...

He was arrested on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue across from Catholic Cemetery in Mobile, AL. That was on Tuesday and he has a bail hearing set for Friday.... Had he been in NYC or some other "more progressive cities", he'd have been on the street 10 minutes after being booked....

Here we go, 6 months from now, the federal justice department will force a settlement for "damages incurred by prolonged incarceration".....

It's the world we now live in.....

You are correct John.
But I think his " profiling " complaint will probably get tossed out.
Seems pretty obvious why he was pulled over.
Just sayin......

C’mon guys, maybe he was going to take his extended family to the drive-in movies on $20.00 a carload night.

His attorney will probably sue the city for damages to his car when the bleachers fell on it

You may be right Chuck, as you know the criminal mind CAN be a complicated thing.
But not in this case.
I just assumed he was headed to the scrap yard.
Can you imagine the look on their faces if he would have made it.

His family and community are probably hailing him a hero and now a victim of police brutality!
