As already mentioned, your light circuit will be on a 12 volt fuse inside your factory fuse panel. If yours doesn't have tell tale lights, the quickest way to check is with a test light or multi-meter. Clip on to ground and touch probe to each side of bayonet fuses. This can be done with the fuses in place. If you look at the plastic part of the fuse, there are small slots on each end. Check both ends for 12v.
Another thing to check is that your lights are mounted with the lens drain holes down. On more than one occasion I've seen water sloshing around in peoples "scare lights". It is just a matter of time before they short out.
