Hot water question 2009 Fuzion

Recently purchased a 2009 Fuzion with no paperwork. I was able to get the hot water moving by turning the valve behind the water heater. Still doing some work on it but having an issue with hot water coming out only to then go back to cold water. Probably two the three seconds of hot and then returning to cold. The sequence repeats. Any idea on what is causing this and how to set things properly? Thanks

Does your water heater only have a single valve on the cold in?

You might want to open the outside compartment and get the make and model. I have a Suburban and know that water heater fairly well. Go to the USER CP and find your SIGNATURE and put in your make, model and year of your camp and the same for your tow vehicle as questions will come up and this info will help give you better feedback.
