Buckleing slideout sidewall

The short side of my slide outs appear to have a buckle at the low side corner of the windows on both ends.. the dealer said this is common but to me it looks like the wall board inside the plastic shell has cracked and is now deformed right at the thinnest part of the sidewall. Has this happened to anyone else

Yes, I have the same problem. Now my slide is stuck and will not move. It's about 8" out and will not move.
