Question 2005 outback 30FRKS water pump

Hey Guys..

New to this but I haven't seen this question answered so here goes. My water pump pulsates on/off at 1 CPS and the manual says that this is too fast. Have checked the faucets for blockage and they seem OK.. last step is to adjust the pump as per the Shurflo manual. Only issue is that I cannot find the pump. Sounds like it is around the water heater but I don't see it. Any assistance would be appreciated

Thx
