Kudos to Ultra-Fab Customer Service

A week ago my year-old Ultra-Fab tongue jack failed. Luckily I was driving slowly about 1 mile from the RV park when I heard a grinding. Found the center shaft had dropped into the asphalt. Removed it roadside and headed home.
Product has a 2 year warranty so I called Ultra-Fab. No questions asked. No receipt requested. Just the unit serial number and my address so they could ship out a replacement. They don't want the old one back. She suggested I remove the head in case I ever need it after the warranty expires.
