Pendant Lighting

Found some new globes for pendant light, but after unscrewing light bulb socket have found no way to remove globe, other than cutting wires and splicing back, thought about unscrewing from ceiling to see if there was a splice or connecter there but gave up, does anyone else now how to replace globe on keystone pendant lights?

RE:pendent lights?

Ok, this is a dumb question but, what is a pendent light? We have a 295RE trailer. There are two wall sconces in the trailer that sounds like your lights. Can't take the shades off at all to change bulbs or even wash the shades.
Just curious if they're like mine and hope someone has an answer for you!

RE: ohhhh

Thank you! Not what I thought it was but, had I really thought about it, pendent being the key word I should have known that! Do you happen to have an idea how to get the shades off the wall sconces? We've tried everything. They just turn and turn.

This is about the closest thing I can find to what we have..

There is a round ball on top of the shade and it unscrews and the shade lifts off.... I think.... I'll have to check later today. Kinda cold and rainy out right now.

RE: sconces

That's not like our sconces. Our globes are glass, open at the top. You have to put your hand in from the top to try to get the bulbs out. It's very hard to get your hand inside to change the bulbs, which are weird bulbs to boot. They have two nubs on the outside, I believe they call them bayonet bulbs? On the bottom of mine they have two nubs not one. That's how you change the bulbs but can't get the darn glass globe off! There are no screws, buttons, hooks, and they will not twist off. Just keeps going round and round, like a merry go round! There has to be a way! Someone out there must have the same trailer with the same sconces?? 2011 295 RE? How did you get the darn shade off??? It's driving me nuts, but then hubby says its a short drive anyway. Thank you!!
Beautiful here the last few days. Gonna be 85 today!

Bugs, I feel your pain, man! My Springdale has a lamp similar to yours and I can't figure it out either. What's even worse is the "flush to the ceiling" lamp that's mounted over the sofa on the bottom of the overhead cabinet. I've tried pulling on the glass cover, twisting the cover and so far have only managed to loosen the whole friggin' fixture off the mounting screws.

How about posting a pic of the fixture? It's a lot easier to help you if we all know what you are talking about.

Re: pics

Sorry the pictures are side ways. The bulb has two nubs on the bottom of the bulb besides the two on the outside. We have 3 of these sconces and all three are the same bulb.
