What do these switches go to ???Keystone

Hello out there... I am mew to rv'ing and I bought a 2006 keystone hobbi toy hauler hb260 ... I noticed these 3 switches caddy corner from the breaker box area. They light up but now only 1 is still lit ... I have googled it but all it brings up is the replacement parts but never explain what they are for or connected to.... Anyone out there know??

Could be switches for most anything; water heater elec/gas, some sort of outside lights etc. Can you take a pic giving a larger view to see what it is we're actually looking at?

Three in a row evokes "tank heaters." Do you have two grays and a black tank?
If only one lights up now, you may have burned the other two out.
