Power upgrade path

We have a new Cougar 22MLS with the stock 200i solar package, inverter prep that came with a lead acid battery. I have added a second Ld acid battery I took off our old camper. We will be doing some boondocking in the future and I have plans to upgrade our power generating system. We have the standard appliances that came with the unit - 12volt refrig (new for me, last camper had a gas/electric frig) Unfortunately I can't dump $10k into this rig right now so we want to take steps. We will be carrying a backup generator although I would like for this to see limited use. My first step is to replace the two batteries with 2 100AH Lithium batteries and I think the current charger will handle than. Second step is add a second charger and one or two more Lithium batteries for capacity. Third step is 3000 watt inverter (Vitron?) forth step a second 200w solar panel and I think that would handle our needs although A/C in the summer is a question mark. Some where in there I might add a DC to DC charger.

I welcome any thoughts on this plan.
Cheers,
Pete
