Question 30 amp shore power

I have a 2021 Impact 367. I'm currently waiting for the concrete contractor to pour my driveway where the RV will ultimately rest while not traveling. I will have permanent 50 amp shore power at the RV pad when complete.
Until then, I have the RV parked on the side driveway of my house with no shore power connected.
I live on the Gulf Coast so it's humid here and I want to at least keep minimal A/C on in the RV to keep the humidity levels down while it sets.
I was thinking that I would get a 100' 30amp extension cord and plug into the R/V using the 30/50amp adapter. I would then just run one A/C and keep it on around 73-75 degrees to keep the humidity down. I do have it parked under some trees so there is shade.

Is this possible? Thoughts/Concerns??
Thanks in advance,

100 feet is a long run, but if you TURN EVERYTHING ELSE OFF, you should be ok running a single AC unit.

If you only are running 1 AC it will draw around 16A so this is easily possible.

One AC on that size RV will have a minimal cooling effect and will probably run all the time in S TX this time of year going into summer. The good thing is that it will always be collecting humidity while it is running. Whether enough or not will depend on your local situation.

100' extension is pretty long and I'm wondering where the proposed 30A is going to come from. You said it is sitting now without power. What is going to feed this 100' 30A RV cable? Do you have a dedicated 30A RV plug somewhere?

You could just pick up a Dehumidifier, one that has a reservoir with a external drain port. My 5ver sits in a pole barn in North Central Florida and the dehumidifier keeps it under control and if need be it will run on 15 amp service it will pay for itself in electricity savings vs running AC.

I need to find me some of this humidity so I can see it for myself...

Except for 4 years in Colorado I've lived in south and central Texas all my life..

From Corpus, San Antonio to Victoria and Port Lavaca, to Waco, Ft Worth and Dallas until the mid 70's mostly without A/C except on Saturday when we went shopping and I've never seen mold growing on the walls...

I've heard of the black mold, I think I even got insurance for it... or maybe it's an exclusion in my policy, I don't remember... I know I don't want me none of it...

My last three trailers have been stored under a tin roof building and I open both of the roof vents year-round and even when camping and running the A/C the vent it the bath is open at least partially...

These newfangled trailers is so tight they can't breathe, you got to let them draw a breathe once in a while...

I have run my last 3 travel trailers (30 amp) on 30 amp RV extension cords that totaled a distance of over 100 feet and had no issues at all running a single air conditioner. (and more).

I run a 30 amp cord to my 5th just to keep the batteries charged. It sits out in full sun with all windows closed. I'm 15 miles from Galveston Bay and maybe 40 from the Gulf. I've never seen any mold or damage from heat. I've lived in this general area, or closer to the bay, all my life. I grew up in a frame house with little insulation and no A/C until I was a late teen. Our brand new high school built in the early 1960's had no A/C.
I have a 50 amp outlet in my garage. I will hook up to that outlet using 50 amp extensions to run a couple A/C's if we are prepping for a trip in mid summer.
I'm not sure if a 15K BTU will run on a 15 amp outlet, probably a 20 though.
I would feel the extension cord occasionally for heat whether 15 amp or 20 amp.
