Outside flood light problem

I have a 2013 Keystone Cougar 27 RLSWE. My outside flood light will not turn off. I thought it might be the switch on the control panel so I removed it and the light stayed on. I unhooked the shore power and turned off the switch for the battery. Everything else in the trailer turned off but the outside flood light stayed on. The only way I could get it to go off was to unhook the battery. We have never had a problem with this light before. We have been able to turn it on and off with no problem. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Do you have a remote control that the light was turned on with???? If so you must use it to turn it off.

X2. if power is provided to the light via a remote (on) the switch on the wall if available can not be used to remove power to the light. Power can only be removed from that light by the remote (off). At that point the wall switch if available can be used to switch the light ON or OFF

thanks. We were showing the trailer to some people today and showed them how you could use the remote for the awning and the slideout. I bet we hit the light button on the remote. I will try that in the morning. thanks again.

thanks again for everybody's help. It was the remote control. You would think after owning the trailer for three years we would know that the remote works the flood light. thanks again.
