Exclamation Floor Problems?

I have a 2013, PP Ultra lite. and we do live in it most of the winter. But recently the bath room floor has been "squeeking" Quite abit. And seems to be a bit queasy when stepping on it.

Has any one found a Delamination problem in any of the floors?

Thanks Chuck

Is there any evidence of the floor getting wet or places water could seep into the flooring? Sure sounds like it may be getting wet.

If the floor feels "soft or spongy" I'd be looking, as sourdough suggested, for any signs of dampness in the floor and substructure. There are 3 possible sources of water leakage in and around your bathroom area: the toilet, the shower/tub, and the vanity sink which all should be looked at.

If the floor is "squeaking", then perhaps the flooring has not been fastened down properly and is flexing when walked upon.

When we've had leak issues that I didn't catch fast enough damage to the floor causes the floor to be soft. Never had a leak cause a squeak.... I've read about some "squeak" warranty repairs where the floor had to be better shimmed or better attached to the frame...

Much rather have squeak than a leak!
