fridge fan power

My brother in law has a 25ft rks 2011 springdale, it has a fan mounted in the back of the fridge I guess for cooling the rear panel. It comes on all the time and it is causing a drain on his batterys. Is there someway of to diconnect it?

Some of the fans have a switch that is mounted inside near the fridge where you can turn it off. Our HiLo has it.
