Bathroom floor

Hey y’all- we just purchased a 2018 Montana 5th wheel 3561 RL for our daughter and have noticed that the floor near the shower is extremely soft. We don’t know anything about changing floors in campers. Does anyone have helpful tips that won’t break the bank? We owned RVs over 20 years ago, but never had this issue. Thanks in advance.
