Reduced Hot Water Flow

A new one for me. Very reduced water flow at all hot faucets only. Cold is normal everywhere.
Cold input line to heater looks good, no kinks etc, from T to heater. Same for output line from heater to T .
Didn’t notice any issue during dewinterization. Didn’t notice issue during campground setup, and I ran hot side to insure tank was full.
My only thought at moment is the check valve on heater output. Can/do they fail as in restricting outflow?
After return home I will disonnect input at heater and check flow. Curious if those check valves can fail in this manner.
Thanks

I have seen the check valve get stuck or maybe some debris got caught.

Thanks. I think I will look for one and hope for the easy fix. I can actually get to that valve in this trailer.

The water heater tank actually requires an air pocket to operate properly. I'd turn off your water supply or pump and open a hot water valve then open the pressure relief valve until water quits running from the valve. Close everything up and turn your cold water supply back on.

Worth a shot when I get the unit back out. This was first use after dewinterization.
