Got the filon on with the 440

Had to use three people one on the ladder and one on each side to hold the filon out and using a laminate roller we rolled it out from.top to bottom
And side to side a bunch of times.l
Like the stabond 183 that stuff sticks like hell
Put window and door in temp waiting for the butyl tape and decor from Amazon tomorrow then all will have to do is put the baggage door in when it comes

All sealed with butyl

Got the awning rail on and sealed rge front trim on and sealed the door and window sealed

Waiting on the dicor and rubber molding trim for rail, front cap trim and door. I am going to anchor the awning bottom attachments differently..
I don't like it. Then clean and polish outside get some rubber roof cleaner but before that finish the new lam on floor

After I bought it back from insurance company I had 5500 left from the payout so far I have spent 20hrs in labor. 399 for filon 60 for Luan and
700 for stabond 183 and 450c. Harbor freight spray gun at 14 bucks and 25 on new screws and sand paper to sand high spots off foam. Then 25 for butyl tape and 25 for rubber molding

So if I figure shop hours of 120 an hour
The rest at around so the job comes in at under 4k.

The lowest bid I got for insurance was 10k.highest 12k both said it was totaled beyond repair.
It's a racket or someone doesn't know how to
Properly do an adjustment estimate.

I did everything follow you tube and this forum

Yep

Having a hell of a time getting a baggage door lol
Still 6 weeks out from rec pro and when I checked
Order they are going to make it 2 Inches too big I called and told them they put the wrong size in as
It's 20.75 hieght. They said too bad even though it's not in the cue they can't change it. Great service. So they sent the wrong one and once now again. I will get one I can't use. I have been to a few salvage yards and called nada.

Waiting for a call or email.back from trekwood.
Hopefully they can get it right. Guess I'm going
To use some L brackets and put a piece of ply in temporarily geez what a nightmare.

Might be easier to order a whole new frame and baggage door…a little bigger then what is there now.

I keep meaning to take a picture of the model number of each baggage door..from the sticker on back

Got the batteries charged put the new layer of Luan on the floor laying the vinyl plank tomorrow
Then grease the bearings...I am assuming it has zerts already if not I'll toss bearing buddies on.
Then wed clean the top and brush and roll new
Coating on from dicor and reseal everything with dicor. Clean and polish inside and out.
Then I'm ready lol.

I don’t care for zerks on the axles. No way of knowing the condition of the brakes/magnets. I prefer pulling the drums and inspecting.

I'm with Chuck, I will not use the EZ Lube zerk method for greasing the bearings, hand pack only.
Bearing Bubbies are not the same as the EZube, BB are/were designed mainly to keep.water out boat trailer bearings.
