Heated Tanks

My TT has the polar package. I was told my water/holding tanks are heated. I don't have a switch to turn on the heaters. So I assume I don't have heating pads on the tanks. At this point I am assuming the tanks are heated by the furnace and the underbelly area is heated. Does anyone know if I am correct in my assumptions?

I would say your assumptions are correct.

My 2014 Cougar High Country 319RLS had a heated underbelly and no heated tanks, figure yours is the same.

That is how my Passport works. It has a sealed underbelly, and the furnace provides heat into the space the tanks are in. Click image for larger version

Camped in the mountains one week, batteries didn’t last near as long as I expected them to..turns out each night was 38 degrees, lower than the 45 degrees that the heaters are supposed to turn on (off again when temps reach 65).

The following week was at a lower, warmer, altitude and we had a lot more battery stamina.

FYI!
Those terms "Extended Stay, Artic, Polar, 4 Seasons & Half ton towable" are ALL cute catchy sales phrases & do nothing more than get most newcomers in trouble thinking they've really got something.
If you're boondocking in weather conditions that requires the furnace to run for extended periods you better have a multiple battery bank connected to solar &/or carry a generator with plenty of fuel & probably an extra bottle of propane. The furnace is a HUGE LPG & battery hog!

We used the trailer as a guest bedroom one 20 degree week over Christmas. Mom appreciated the privacy and room. I think the furnace kicked off every 5 minutes the whole week.

I would contact Keystone support, and ask if they are heated. You are probably correct in your assumption, but the factory will know for sure - you will need your VIN #

Other than the model sticker on the side of any unit. All the other stickers are just sales hype. You need to read the small print in the booklets, get a magnifying glass to see what the stickers mean.
I think the wording on mine is down to zero the water lines won't freeze. Is that C or F ? and for how long before they freeze? Well it really does not matter it is just BS anyway.
