If you're buying recliners, don't forget to look for "zero wall" or "wall hugger" models, or you will get a nasty surprise.

I have a new game plan. I’m trying to remove all the fake plastic covering and just keep the backing. The foam they used is not good quality. At some point I’ll look to replace the fold out couch with a regular one but I like the longer one that I can stretch out on. With a dog I don’t want cloth covers.

I have the same issue except I started to get "sofa dermatitus" once it started to peel. It was a nightmare trying to figure out what was causing me to have an allergic reaction. Apparently there is an anti-fungal agent in the couch called dimethyl fumarate. In the process of replacing it now.

With the dog and the places I like to camp I’m in no hurry to replace them. And I don’t want to give up the storage underneath the one couch.
