AC ducting is collapsing

I've got a 2012 Alpine 39 5th wheel
The main air conditioning ducts in the ceiling are collapsing. They are made from insulation board.
I've used dowels to prop up areas I can reach.
Is there a trick to fix?
Thanks, Dennis
