As-is language is common and basically says that you are not relying on the dealer for any warranty work. Instead, that would be the responsibility of the RV manufacturer or the appliance manufacturer. The dealer MIGHT do the work, but they don’t get paid very well by the manufacturer.
That being said, it means you have to identify and agree on a remedy for any issues BEFORE you sign on the dotted line. If it can’t be immediately resolved, they should provide you with a “We Owe” document. Otherwise once you leave with the trailer, you absolve them of any responsibility.
