2018 cougar 359mbi 2 gray tanks capacity

HI all

I got the info off teh Keystone site

Number Of Gray Water Holding Tanks1
Total Gray Water Tank Capacity76.0 gal.

We actually have (2) gray tanks .
dump individually


anyone know the capacity of each ??
1/2 and 1/2?

One is shower/bath

other is the kitchen galley sink only

As a rule if there is 2 tanks they will be the same size. In your case that makes them 38 gal each.

I was hoping they would be a bit more sized...ie
kitchen / gallel a bit smaller as teh amount of water going into it
versus the shower/bath is generally more used water


.

You could always do what a bunch of us do and use a valve on the terminal end of the 3" before you connect the sewer hose and then you can open both the galley and grey water tanks to equalize them... We don't use nearly as much water in the galley as we do in the bath and it'll add another day at least before I need to use my portable dump tank..

sounds interesting

how does that work when you need to dump blank first then the grey ?

Close the two gray tank valves, open third (last valve in line), then open black tank valve.
