Camping Exploding

We have talked a bit about new campers coming into the market. One site stated over a million new RV families last year with only 100k new site built.

We joined Harvey Host just in case we need to get away. After staying in a few rest stops and truck stops, this might be better. There is also a boondocker site to stay at peoples property.

I have a snap of the “in the press” from the Harvest Host newsletter. Camping is still getting lots of press

I was looking at Harvest Host, but I can't browse the available properties that would be along our travels without signing up for a year first. If there was a way to see the places that are along our usual treks, I'd be more apt to signing up.

PM me a section of Hwy you are interested in and I’ll see what’s there

My daughter signed us up but I haven’t used it yet... was going to on the way to Florida this past trip.
The only thing that concerned me was a lot of the places are farms or sites that are in a field.
I was a bit leery of driving my 22000 lb rig into a field where I may get stuck if it rained recently

I’ve only looked at a few and most around us are wineries. The reviews tell the story of what to expect.

They are trying out an online booking. Instead of calling.

We will see how it goes
