HELP, I have a leak
I have a leak on the inside of the slide and its not raining. The drip did start the day after it rained. It has been dripping like for two days now. I have a 2012 Springdale 293 and this is only the second time I have had it out. The first time there were several gully washer rains and it leaked a lot and for a couple of days after the rain. I replaced the top wiper on the slide after the first time. The air conditioner has been running constantly both times could that have something to do with the leak? Without rain where is the water coming from. I've tried to attach a few pictures. I wasnt able to figure out the insert picture.

Could be condensation from the air conditioner. Ours usually runs off the roof out the gutters. Could be that how you are positioned is forcing the condensate onto your slide first.

High humidity & your ac running there will a solid stream on condensation running off your roof so check that it's not running on the top of your slide, if so relevel the rv so it runs of the front or back of the rv.

I'll try that, but how would it get in the trailer? A crack in an inside seal?

If not running in from your slide the worst case is that condensation running into the ceiling from your under ac. There's a gasket between the ac & the roof that could be crumpled up or missing.

My guess would be the slide out wiper/top seal. If it were coming from anywhere else it would have to drip from the ceiling first. Set a garden hose on top of the slide outside. Turn on the water and go inside and see if it leaks in.

Thamks for all the help with this leak. Since I have turned off the air conditioner the drip has stopped. I think it is safe to say condensation from the that air conditioner is getting inside the trailer. Now to trace where it is getting in. I'm open to all suggestions on an easy to do this, what kind of sealant or caulking is used on a trailer?
