Rv Comfort.zc

On my 2015 Raptor I can't change Zones it is stuck on Zone 1..Any ideas on how to fix it

Does the thermostat need to be in either heat or cool to switch zones? just thinking out loud.

No it doesn't.. tried switching with a/c or heat nothing at all

I wasn’t able to find anything on their website and we don’t carry anything with that thermostat so I’m not much help. Sorry.
