Water spigot sanitation

I’m probably over thinking this...

Many times, usually with full hook-ups, I see people draining their tanks, hook up the black tank flush hose. Sometimes they take their gloves off, usually incorrectly there by contaminating themselves, sometimes with their gloves on and more often than not they are not wearing gloves at all. Walk over to the spigot and turn it on. Now the handle is contaminated and when they unscrew the hose the outlet is contaminated.

I wash thinking about filling an old water bottle with a bleach solution so I can sanitize everything real quick before I hook up the fresh water hose. And then after I do my flush, because why risk myself contaminating everything for the next guy. Maybe I’m being a little bit of a germaphobe, wondering if anyone else does the same.

Have done this for years, started using the bleach solution but it was hard on clothing if I mixed it too strong, so I switched to Lysol concentrate mixture, won't harm clothing & to me smells fresher. Sprayed the faucet from top to bottom, the sewer cap, & the power pedestal lid while wearing disposable gloves that are thrown away after use. I've watched folks with rubber gloves up over their wrist that once they've taken care of business open the compartment & throw them in thereby contaminating everything by trying to prevent doing so.
We've sat & watched numerous folks in rental RVs use their drinking water hose to rinse the stinky slinky then connect it to the RV, when breaking they do same then put the power cord, stinky slinky & the water a in the same plastic bag.

I use a Clorox wipe on the faucet and the power box.

I run the water for a few seconds and then put my brass Y on the faucet. The pressure regulator goes on one side, and then the filter, and however many hoses are needed to connect to the trailer. Drinking water hoses and fittings are stored in a tote by themselves. The Y fitting is wiped down before going back into this tote.

I have a 50' zero G hose that goes on the other side of the Y, the zero G hose is used as a utility hose, flushing the tank and slinky, and putting out the campfire, it is stored in the same tote as the stinky slinky and fittings.
