12V Cigarette lighter / coax wall plate

My 2018 Cougar has a combo wall plate by the TV. It has the female cigarette lighter recepticle and a coax feed for the TV. It also has a power button for the antenna booster. Does anyone know who makes a replacement for this? We bought the 5th wheel used and have never tried to use the lighter portion of this combo. It is badly out of round and not useable. Any ideas?
