While that price may not cause some to "hesitate with that pricing" there are a number of members who balk at using RV antifreeze at 2 gallons for $5, so the cost is an issue for some members.

No doubt, it's currently one of the most reliable sources of mobile RV internet service, but for each member, the cost will have to be considered.
Yes, that's true, but if I am correct you can't just stop Satellite service when you want, but you can with Starlink, then just start up again in Spring. works out great for me!

With Dish you can easily stop it at any time by just not paying, then restart it at any time by paying the monthly bill. No overdue fees, no startup fees, and no overdue billing messages.

We have had DISH for several years in our home and RV. We have one of the domes and receivers that came as a package at our RV dealer. The dome finds the satellites and connects very well as long as there are no obstructions. You can download an app on your phone to find the satellites and check for obstructions as well. We initially had the pay as you go plan. But DISH will let you add this service in your RV as an additional receiver for $7 / month if you have DISH at home as well. Way better than the pay as you go plan for one of their channel packages. You receive the same channel package as you have at your home address.
