Slide out belly fabric
Just bought 2022 38" Springdale the dealer is keeping it in storage until this spring, on the walk thru we found a 3 inch tear on the fabric on the bottom of the rear slide out. This tear is right where the wire loom and spring at the far edge of the slide out is. So as 1st time rv owners we are starting to see how the interaction between owner, dealer and manufacture is. My big concern is how did this happen and what's to prevent it from happening again after the warranty is over. Has anyone seen this issue before.
