Replacing interior trim

I need some help. I would like to start replacing the interior doors and door casings with real wood (or at least luan). I’m a pretty good trim carpenter but this is a slightly different animal. The door casings won’t be difficult but I’m struggling with what I can do for doors. Anything residential will be too thick. I have a 2018 Cougar 310rls 5th wheel. Thanks

Would this not work:

This measures the same thickness as mine - 1 3/8"

Those hollow core doors were the only thing I could think of as well. Thanks!

I think hollow core in an RV would be the only thing to use due to weight, bouncing, interior construction (or lack of) etc. Good luck.

Don’t be suprised when you remove the door casings and see uneven oddly cut walls. I think they use the plastic ones because they are more “forgiving”.

I may regret opening that can of worms, but I just can’t live with this crappy stuff. The paper vernier is coming loose from one of the door edges so that has set the wheels in motion. Not sure what price level of rv gets you real millwork but it probably wasn’t in my budget. Was just trying to see if anyone else had gone this direction. Thanks!
