Shower door roller fell off. How to fix?

Wife said , "I found this round thing in the shower....do you know what it is?"
"Why yes I do! 2 hours later, defeated, I now ask the pros here, for advice on putting the roller back on the leading glass panel of a 3 panel glass door. The small screw that holds the roller in place to the overhead track, has loosened to the point of becoming totally un-threaded from the roller. Short of removing the overhead track, I see no way of re-installing the roller. So far the internet hasn't been helpful. Ideas anyone?

Try contacting these folks for help. Look over the attached parts sheet and see if you can find your part. I would imagine your rear bath shower doors take a beating during travel.

The few times I have had to do it, I found it faster to just lift the top up and remove the glass. I know it’s a PITA, but I don’t know of any other way. You might want to use some thread lock when you put it back together.

Thanks Mike, it was one of those things that isn't thought of as something to be checked for a loosening screw, but will be from now on. The worst of it is, we're leaving in 2 days to spend 2 weeks at Silver Strand State Beach in San Diego with all our boys and their kids. Pressure is on!

Yes, blue thread lock compound will definitely be on the threads. I did remove the set screws holding the top rail attached to the vertical channels, but had second thoughts of proceeding without doing some research. The term "fix it till it's broke even more" came to mind.
