Yep, you are right, Marshall. I have a very tight 'tunnel' for air to flow thru, and that dead fan is smack in the middle of it.

I used (2) 12vdc 4"computer fans and mounted them together and hung them below the lowest tube and used a 1/2 amp aircraft style circuit breaker, used for both protection and to turn on and off. I've never had any water in there yet and in rains like crazy in Florida.
I could take a picture if you want. Very clean install.
