Portable Solar for our '21 290BHS

Looking for some validation on the fuses, wire gauge and I guess the overall plan for this setup. Trailer is a '21 Bullet 290bhs and when the salesman says "solar ready" plug and play, I now have to laugh a year later. I would like to mount the inverter, controller and fuses into a tote or on a board that can easily be moved as we also go and still tent camp, we would like to have the option to bring this along. Was thinking of using the milwaukee packout mounts in the truck and use the clips on the back of the board, could also put a mount un the trailer as well. Is there any quick connects that can be used for the 2awg wires from battery to inverter? I've been working directly with Renogy and the diagram is what we came up with.

I use these types of connectors for winches on my car haulers. They work well.

What are you planning to run with your portable setup?

Those may just work, may need ones more in line with the 200a fuse being used.

With this setup, the plan was to be able to run the pump, some fans and lighting with the hopes of being able to run the furnace in the spring and fall as well. AC and Fireplace will not be used. Kids are hoping for TVs at bed time, but they have tablets so not a big deal.

The disconnects are rated by wire size. These type disconnects have been used for many decades on electric pallet jacks, electric forklifts, tow trucks, etc.

I might mount it all in a rolling toolbox. Something like this

Depending on the size of the toolbox and how heavy you want it to be, you might be able to fit your two 6v batteries in it also. Just remember that with a portable solar system, you’ll be chasing the sun all day.

I'm into Milwaukee tools and had several of my packouts taking measurement. I could put the inverter and charge controller in the roller, probably add some vents and keep this up under the trailer rather thank trying to come up with a solution to put un front storage. I think the GC2 weight makes for not a great portable setup. The good thing about the portable solar panels is that I have the option to chase the sun lol. A lot of the time, the trailer is hidden under trees, if I had roof mount, I would have zero output. Definitely need to be looking into lighter weight batteries some day.
