Most likely you’ll have to shut the water off to the entire trailer. In residential building, a shut off on each line is sully installed before each faucet, not the case in RVs.
Most any faucet will fit, just measure between the handles. I’m willing to bet that the supply lines are 1/2” pex and will fit your replacement without any issues.
