Loose Microwave??

Just returned from a 3,000 mile trip and noticed the microwave seems to be loose and it wobbles a bit when my wife pushes on the bottom of the unit. Didn't notice this before! Tried to tighten the bolts on the top but they seem tight. Has anyone else experienced this problem or is it just the way it is and we are just now noticing it?
If this is a problem how do you tighten the bolts on the top of the microwave. We have 2020 Montana 3121RL and it's difficult to reach the bolts because of the "useless" wine rack on the top of the microwave!!

The microwave faceplate adapter that fits around the microwave is screwed to the cabinet face. That is the screws that you tried to tighten. The faceplate is also screwed to the microwave and those are the screws that may be loose on your installation.

You'll need to remove the 4 screws that hold the microwave and faceplate to the cabinet, CAREFULLY pull it out of the cabinet and once it's out, sit it on a towel on the countertop. Check the screws that secure the faceplate to the microwave. I think you'll find they are the cause of your problem. Then, reinstall the microwave back into the cabinet and reinstall the 4 mount screws to secure the assembly to the cabinet.
