Help my kitchen slide is dead!!!
I have a 2018 fuzion 427 we’ve used a handful of times, I washed it and went to put all my slides out and the Kitchenette slide will not come out, I’ve checked and swapped the relays I’ve put direct power on the drive motor and still can’t make it function from the InCommand or from the backup panel in the storage compartment. I can manually drive it in and out with my drill on the motor. But other than that I’m at a loss any ideas would be appreciated.

Welcome to the forum!! The first thing I would do is test for voltage at the motor. With the command to run the slide, test for 12V at the motor. If you have voltage the motor is bad, if not then it’s time to look at the wiring. Is there an in-line fuse, or one in the 12V fuse panel?

I tested the 12v at the motor it works. So somewhere between the motor and the panel I have a problem. I have not checked the 12v fuse on the floor kick panel.

How did you test? Have you applied 12V directly to the motor?

I took the motor off and applied 12v directly to it. So I know it works (bench test)

OK, so you know the motor works when you connect it to 12VDC. Have you checked the wiring to see if it's providing 12 VDC? (It could be 0VDC or maybe 5-6 VDC). If there's no voltage at the motor wire connections, then work backward to the switch on the control panel. It's a +/- switch with the 12 VDC connected to the center terminals. When you push up, it connects to turn the motor one direction, push down, the switch applies reverse polarity to run the motor the opposite direction. (makes the slide move in or out with one switch/one wire set). If you have 12VDC on the center terminal of the slide switch, then the problem is between the switch and the motor. If you do not have 12 VDC on the center terminal, then the problem is between the switch and the battery.
If all the other slides are working, I'd guess the 12 volt circuit breakers on the battery bulkhead are working, so it's likely just that "kitchen slide switch connection" or "the wiring to the kitchen slide motor". If none of the slides were working, I'd focus on the circuit from the battery to the control panel. That apparently is OK in your trailer or the other slides would not work.

Purple and white wires appear to be color code used for each electric slide out controlled via your BCM... you’ve swapped the relay at BCM for the circuit to that motor..
I’d try putting a multi meter on the plus and negative wire connection terminals at the BCM for that specific slide motor and operate using override switch
If the over ride switch isn’t applying 12 volts to that circuit then you know problem is at the BCM...
https://in-command.net/wp-content/up...ting-guide.pdf
However.. if you have voltage then you know issue is downstream toward slide actuator motor.
The purple wires should be labeled 1,2,3,4, etc so you may be able to pick up a circuit identifier label on the lead to that actuator.
