Leaf spring mounting bolt

Has anyone experienced the bolt that connects the rear leaf spring to the mount coming out. While doing my brake and bearing inspection, I found mine gone and the leaf spring resting on my frame

I have not, but,,,
A wet bolt and heavy duty shackle kit will ease the worry of it happening again.
They are not that expensive.
Just my two cents worth.

Have you inspected the hanger? If the bolt hole is not round but "egged" out it may explain the missing bolt.

I've had the same issue twice. After I installed the wet bolt kit I found the right rear leaf spring bolt missing. I assumed that I may have left it loose and put in a new bolt and retorted all the others. About 5000 miles later the right rear bolt was gone and the spring resting on the frame (just like the right side had done earilier). I was able to fix this one on the road since I was carrying spare parts. Any known issues with these wet bolt kits? The RV is a 2020 Raptor 423.
