awning on my dinette slide out for more shade area.

hello all, I have seen other cougar fifth wheels with a second awning on the door side slide out. my question is can I install one on mine? and where could I buy one the same brand as the one on my rv. I have a 2019 cougar xylite 28 sgs. thanks in advance.

If you didn't notice that post is just over a year old so may or may not get a response from that member.
It is possible to add a awning to your slide, my last one had one on the slide from the factory.
The issue I see with adding one that previously wasn't there would be getting the power to the outer edge of the slide & up to the awning motor, not impossible, but a bit thought with how will be required.

Personally, if I could I'd give you the one on my slide.. Yes it does help with the sun, but I'd give it up to have a slide topper; so I don't have to crawl up and down ladders to clean off my slides..

Thanks I did put one on it. I use a leaf blower to clean it off. Also I set up on the Connecticut river for the 4 months during the summer. I wanted a Awning i could tie down and leave out foe the 4 months to keep picnic table clean.

Don't mind the smaller awning, its just the two of us. Last trailer had a 20'. If it was simple then I would look at doing it. Think slide toppers might be a better idea.
