Hi from Canada

Hi everyone, we are Harold & Glenda from Alberta, Canada. we are long time 5th wheel owners. Have a seasonal site, travel with the coach every year or so. not retired so coach stays in Canada. We are presently are purchasing a 2011 Cougar 218sab.
Wondering if there's any comments on this coach. I am also aware the winterizing of this unit is not completely easy.
I'm told that you must access the water pump from the drivers side of the pass through, behind the docking station. Is this true? has anyone a valve in the docking station for winterizing? Would appreciate some input.
