Hi all, new member about to own a Bullet 1650EX - a hybrid. The mattresses need to be replaced, and the hinge is definitely an issue. To buy, or have a custom mattress made that will fold up (not need to store on the table or sofa) how thick foam do you think we could go?

Has anyone found a good solution to this?

Thanks!

How thick can it be and still fold up? I'm looking into having a custom one made with a hinge in the right place. Will 6" foam be too thick to close it up?
