Furnace Heater slow to heat

I have a 2016 Keystone Couger and the heater takes a long time to heat up. It seems like the air coming out of the vents is barely warm. My dad has a 2015 Keystone Hideout and it heats up very fast .Wondering if there is anything I can do to make it work better.
