At least your Alpine came with 14 ply tires... the Provider is a good tire and I’d have run them ... but I had 10 ply TK junk and they were replaced after 1 trip watching the tire pressures and temps...

Those S637s will last you at least 5 to 7 years barring road hazard damage, proper inflation and sensible towing speeds

Just replaced the Providers that came on the Alpine with Sailuns yesterday, only because one of the Providers developed a crack in the sidewall, no problems with them before I noticed that crack, estimate had about 20,000 miles on them.

I wouldn't trust anything an RV dealer recommended, at least without doing plenty of my own research first. If I can avoid it, I'll never be back to an RV dealer as long as I live.

My trailer came with Chinese-made Karrier Load Stars and I didn't trust them any further than I could throw them.

I replaced them with Goodyear Endurance. I buy American. I want my money to stay in America, supporting American companies, and American workers. These days that is more important than ever.

Just an update. Right or wrong I went with the Goodyear. Will have a 1000 mile on them by this weekend. Very happy so far. Got them for $285 per tire.
