That all looks the same as mine and the fireplace is a Greystone. I am sure it is just a name on the front but the remote matches also.

Does yours have a model number and website so I can order a remote?

Covenant Fireplace

Mine is in storage so I do not have access to it. E-trailer has a 36 inch grey stone that looks like it. Not sure if they can help you get a manual or remote

Got my trailer back to the house today and looked quickly at the fireplace before I had to leave town. Our remote for the TV/fireplace looks just like the big one the OP shows. Didn't spend enough time to figure the sequence but the TV/fireplace button turns on both in conjunction with the power button if you depress them in the proper order I guess. I was gathering it up to take to the dealership because I replaced the Furrion TV and didn't realize the remote operated the fireplace as well. Oh well, doesn't matter, I'm going to take it to them because I have a separate remote for the fireplace! It looks like the one Javi has.

If you turn on the fireplace and then press and hold the power button for up to 10 sec it should say (on mine) c2 in the display. Now you can set your universal remote to work with the fireplace. You have to read up on the universal remote your using to see how to set it up for recieving the signal from the fire place. This is how the one in our camper is and the one in our house also. Gonna take some figuring out but it should work. Im thinking thats why some peoples remotes work the fp and some dont the remote just needs to be taught.

call keystone

Call Keystone with your VIN. They can help. They were very helpful to us with missing manuals and actual product details. Not sure about the remote.

That’s the way mine works too. First push the TV button then the bottom row of buttons will operate your fireplace.

Fireplace remote

I went to the website, worked really well. The company in Shanghai makes electric heating systems world wide. The contact button opens an email system that lets you generate an email that will be answered with 24 hours.

When you write your email you are taken to a database record creating system that offers every country in the world as possibilities for you’re country.

Wery well done contact generator page. I expect a very simple request, followed by simple fulfillment process.

My Avalance 2020 does not have a Furion.
It has a Covenant fireplace. (Marked on the back)

Full glass front with no writing or logo.
4 blue lit Manual buttons at the bottom of glass.
Remote is a flat plastic credit card size controller.

The glass hangs on the front of the unit and sometimes bounces off while going down the road.
(I've secured it with clips.)
I took the whole unit out and blew it out with a grass blower to get the dust out.
