And if by the off chance you do have an issue they have GREAT customer service. I had one of the struts under the tilt head that began to leak, called them up & 2 days later had a free replacement in the mail, no questions asked.
Don't know of any other brand that's easier to hitch/unhitch at about angle than the B&W, at least not the Husky nor the Reese I had prior to the B&W.
It may be a bit heavier than those pyramid type hitches to get in/out, but for me with 2000 up to 4000 lbs beating on it & 12 to17k lbs yanking against it going down our great highway systems I want more than 35lbs of aluminum holding on to all of it. Just my .02 cents!
